The entire experience working with Network Solutions was excellent. Personable, knowledgeable and patient, their representative, Rai, walked me through both an educational and advisory process and I concluded our interaction ready for the next step. I am not a technically competent person but his ability to make it understandable was remarkable. I cannot recommend Network Solutions strongly enough.

Subsidiary BlueHost, owned by NewFold digital, like bait and switch marketing. I paid for a service, and after paying they changed the terms. I paid for unlimited storage, as I have since 2019. My service was auto-renewed in August and yesterday I was informed by customer support that my service is for only 10Gb. My account is currently at 50Gb and unless I upgrade to another service and pay more money then my site will be deleted. So I signed up for another hosting company. Today I initiated the transfer of my domain only to be told that there is a 60 mandatory lock on my domain transfer. I own the domain. I authenticated it. I opted-out of a domain lock, but nah, if they want to hold your domain hostage they will.

I was in contact with a support agent; her name is Chaithra. Once I explained my issue, she did not provide any response, and I sent almost 10+ follow-ups and waited for 30 minutes, but she did not respond. This is really, really frustrating.

Do not use this company, they will not turn off auto renew. you cannot get inside the physical location and they refuse to give refunds for terrible services. They don't accept any phone calls at all, and the chat feature never works. stay far away from them. absolutely horrible company and customer service.

In my opinion Web com is not a very forth right company to with. I would not recommend their services. I used their professional design group to help my new company get started by having them do the website and was very disappointed with their attempt at providing a professional look. I with no experience could have done better. With my complaint and wanting a refund I am met with resistance and forced to seek legal help. Do not use them..

My customer support tech was Aries. If only all tech and support people could be like him. He was very helpful with my problems and solved them quickly. He went on to inform me of tips and tricks I needed to know. Super nice guy, I wish I could get him every time I need to call.
